# Moritory

> Moritory is an AI Commentary Generator for original faceless Shorts: develop a researched script, generate local narration, select footage, apply branding and review the final edit.

The desktop workflow imports a script, creates numbered narration drafts, lets the creator select footage and source start times, provides scene tools and brand profiles, and exports captioned MP4 videos and thumbnails. Projects are saved locally; they are not synchronized to a Moritory cloud account. Setup downloads and connected features require internet.

Windows x64 and Apple Silicon macOS are the initial targets. Public installers are coming soon, pending release testing. Commercial use depends on the rights for the narration model, voice and all media used; universal hardware compatibility is not promised.

Moritory Premium is $9 USD per month. Active membership has no Moritory per-video credits or export quota; hardware, storage and the creator's time set practical limits. The user's ChatGPT plan and any optional vidIQ subscription are separate. The app requires Google sign-in, active Premium and online membership verification. Current membership uses private activation keys; online checkout and public installers are coming soon. Editing happens in the desktop app.

Original commentary, source checks and human review matter. Faceless content can qualify for YouTube monetization when the channel and content satisfy current policies. Moritory does not promise YPP approval, high RPM, automatic passive income or minimum earnings. The owner reports a one-week test on an existing YPP channel whose name and URL are withheld with about 4,000 subscribers, one commentary Short daily and $1 or more in daily channel-level revenue. This is one owner's reported experience, not independently verified analytics or revenue attributable only to each new Short.
